Refund policy

 Can I return any product?

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, you may request the return of any order within 14 days of payment, regardless of the reason, provided that the product is in the same condition as when you received it: worn only for the time strictly necessary to determine and verify its nature, not washed, not altered in any way, and complete with all its tags, accessories, and packaging.


How can I return one or more products from my online order?

You can request a return by contacting Customer Service via email or message and providing the following information:

Order number;

The item codes to be returned (found on the product tag);

Your preferred return method from the following options:

  • Free return at a Periodico store: In this case, you are responsible for bringing the package containing the product(s) to be returned to the store.
  • Return via shipping: The shipping costs (and any customs fees, if applicable) for returning the goods will be entirely borne by the Customer.
    Please note: Until the package is received at the warehouse designated by Periodico S.n.c. di Rapisardi Valeria, the shipment is entirely under the Customer’s responsibility.

If the right of withdrawal is forfeited, Periodico S.n.c. di Rapisardi Valeria will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs, and, if already refunded, deducting the product price.


What refund methods are available?

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your online purchase.

Periodico S.n.c. di Rapisardi Valeria may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until the company can verify that the conditions for the right of withdrawal have been met.

Additionally, if you return an order that benefited from the “free shipping” promotion, which waives the €8.90 shipping fee for orders over €150, the amount of the promotion will be deducted from the refund. This measure is necessary to cover the shipping costs incurred by the company.

Example: For a purchase of €160 including shipping (free for orders over €150), the refund will be €151.10 (€160 minus €8.90).


Can I request a size or color exchange instead of a refund?

Absolutely. Contact our Customer Service to request a size or color exchange, and we will check availability. Once we receive the returned product at our logistics center, we will send you the replacement item according to your request.

 

If I return an order in-store, can the store staff refund me in cash?

No, under no circumstances is store staff authorized to issue cash refunds for returns.

As an alternative to a refund, you can visit a Periodico store (you can check our store locations [here]) and choose one of the following options:

  • A store credit for the amount spent, redeemable at a Periodico store;

  • An exchange for another available size in-store;

  • Selecting other products and paying any price difference between the returned item and the new purchase.


I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product—what should I do?

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Please contact Customer Service, specifying the nature of the issue and attaching one or more photos to your email. Once the issue is confirmed and the pickup date is agreed upon, you will receive a reply email with a shipping document to include in the return package.

Once we receive the defective item, we will send you an intact replacement of the same model or issue a refund if the model is no longer available. Please note that even in the case of defective items, only products with the original label and tag will be accepted.
